Ways of Ordering

You can order our products in the following ways:

1. Order from our website through our shopping cart.
   • Perform the registration process by tapping the icon to the right of the first page for code delivery so you can use the shopping cart function.
   • Browse our page on our product pages. When you find a product you are interested in, click on the "Add to cart" link. The product will be added to your shopping cart.
   • When you have finished selecting your products, click on the 'Shopping Cart' link in the login area to go to the Basket. On the Shopping Cart page, you can increase the order quantity of your products and delete any of them if you wish. You also need to select the desired payment method and enter further details about your order in the notes field.
   • Then click the 'Check out' link, your order is placed. In the case of a credit card payment, you will be safely transferred to the corresponding page to enter your card details.

Although our site is updated daily about product availability, there is the possibility of any product that is available as it is available at the time of your order and is exhausted. In this case, we will contact you directly for further agreement on ordering / shipping an alternative product, or canceling your order.

Payment methods

Payment of your order can be made in the following ways:

1. Cash On Delivery. Your product is shipped and paid upon receipt.
   
2. Payment with Credit Card. To protect credit card owners in case of their theft and to avoid using these cards with the first purchase by credit card, you will be asked to send a copy of your identity card and credit card. This information is kept confidential and is not given to any third party. The amount of the payment relates only to the value of the products. In the case of transport costs, these will be paid upon receipt of the product (consignee's charge).
   At our online store we also offer up to 8 interest-free installments for amounts from € 50 to € 1000, within the secure environment of Eurobank. Quantities and doses are distributed as follows:
   From  80  to 150   euro up to 2 interest-free installments
   From 151 to 300   euro up to 4 interest-free installments
   From 301 to 600   euro up to 6 interest-free installments
   From 601 to 1000 euro up to 8 interest-free installments
   
3. Payment by bank deposit. In this case, you can deposit the order of your order in the following  NATIONAL BANK account IBAN: GR4901101870000018700666136.
4. Once the deposit has been made, you must contact us by email or by telephone to inform us about the deposit. The amount of the payment relates only to the value of the products. In the case of transport costs, these will be paid upon receipt of the product (consignee's charge).
5. Through PAYPAL.

Shipping

• Sending orders is done with ELTA Courier or ACS courier service, unless you want a different way, so please contact us.
• For orders over € 99.00, shipping cost is free of charge throughout Greece.
• For orders of less than 99,00 € the transport cost is: 4,00€
• For European Union Countries, the shipping cost for parcels up to 1kg is: €17,00€
